This was inspired by the dow commercial on the human element. while the irony does not escape me that dow is promoting the human element, you can't deny the power of this little commercial. the words in the commercial are on the painting and the #8 is a play on the periodic table but really stands for eternity and the number below represents 7 billion, the number of people on the planet.

This was taken on a bus when tim was on his way to school in Johanasberg South Africa. He was a little toehead and I hope that our son will someday look just as cute!

At first, this sign was a joke because of the sesame street sign but then i found the beauty in it's simplicity and decided to add it to my colorful arsenal.

Labrynth of Life

i was inspired to do this labrynth while pondering the difficulties life can bring. You can start on the outside, at the base of the tree and slowly climb the trunk until you reach the leaves, or you can start at the top and ease your way down to sure footing, it's all perception.

My baby and my other baby. this is seriously the only exercise my doggie scooter gets. he's like his mom. he hates to be in the sun so we head over to the park after sunset and dad plays catch for all of about 5 minutes! He's a hefty canine!
